- The JAS Group was founded in Milan in 1978.
- First, it sought to set foot on the European and Asian markets, and it became the market leader among Italian and Japanese service providers.
- At the beginning, JAS exclusively offered air shipping, and then it was in 1985 that it expanded its portfolio by sea shipping.
